Returns Policy

We DO NOT Offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" so please choose carefully. Email us with any if you're unsure.  "Change of mind" means any reason other than faulty or damaged.

Under no circumstances will we accept any returns on products which have been used. If you have used any products they cannot be exchanged or returned. 

We will only consider a refund for items that are faulty. We do not offer refunds on incorrectly ordered or unwanted products.  Any refund granted will be for the original purchase price only, shipping charges will not be refunded.

For exchanges and returns you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging / refunding. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund and exchange processing. Items must be unused, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged. Items must be received within 14 days of your original order.


At Williams Tool Co we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Center so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them. Email [email protected] and we will be happy to resolve the matter.
