The SMG SH410 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine is the largest and most powerful model in the SH Series, engineered for heavy-duty gear cutting applications requiring maximum rigidity, torque, and machining capacity. Designed for large gear production and demanding industrial environments, the SH410 delivers exceptional cutting stability, accuracy, and productivity.

Powered by a 15kW hob spindle motor and capable of machining up to module M8 gears, the SH410 is built for high-load machining operations. The high-torque direct-drive work table combined with precision encoder technology eliminates backlash while maintaining superior gear accuracy under heavy cutting conditions.

The robust machine structure incorporates wide angled slideways and FEM-optimised construction to maximise rigidity and long-term reliability. The SH410 supports both wet and dry cutting processes while maintaining excellent thermal stability and chip evacuation throughout extended production cycles.
