TMT TLV-320 5AX 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center

The TMT TLV-320 5AX is a compact, high-speed 5-axis vertical machining center designed for precision machining of complex and multi-face components. With full 5-axis capability, the machine is well suited for drilling, tapping, angled face cutting, irregular surface machining, and high-accuracy component production.

Built with a rigid travelling-column structure, oversized machine base, and lightweight moving components, the TLV-320 5AX is designed to deliver high-speed movement while maintaining excellent machining stability. The machine also features roller-type linear guideways across the X, Y, and Z axes, helping provide smooth travel, accuracy, and reduced vibration during operation.

The TLV-320 5AX comes equipped with a BT-40 direct-drive spindle, 8000 rpm standard spindle speed, 48 m/min rapid traverse rates, and a servo-driven 30+1 tool magazine.
